New Year – With new hopes

HAPPY NEW YEAR to All!

The year passed by (2007) left many good and a few not so good memories for me. There have been quite many changes at the workplace towards the second half of the year – A new manager who is friendly in nature and a new team with new recruits. One way I was a bit relieved that our previous manager left but I was also sad for missing him. Facing him was a big challenge for me as I assumed him to be a serious and tough boss while my colleagues (who had worked under him previously) were quite comfortable with him. But I should say that it was because of his guidance and encouragement and support from my colleagues that I’ve learnt a lot and got acquainted to the work very quickly.

Personally too, I had a wonderful year until the last two months when my mother was sick and I was a worried lot. But by God’s grace my mom has recovered and is doing well now. I am relieved and life is cool now.

In this New Year, I am looking forward to a colorful life, having a great time with all my loved ones around. I also hope to carry on the smile on my face as always and remain the friendly and caring girl, which I am anyway (as told by my friends, relatives and colleagues).
